1: demolition

Remove old cabinets, countertops, appliances and flooring​​

Disconnect utilities (water, gas, and electricity)

Taking precautions to protect surrounding areas from dust and debris.
2: structural work

Address any structural changes like removing walls or adding beams

Check for and resolve any damage (e.g., water damage, mold, or pests
3: rough-in work

Plumbing: Install or reroute plumbing for sinks, dishwashers, and refrigerators

Electrical: Run wiring for outlets, lighting, and appliances

HVAC: Adjust or install new ductwork if required
4: inspection
