No. While renderings are a big part of what we do, our focus is helping designers communicate their ideas through immersive presentation experiences. Services also include interactive walkthroughs, video walkthroughs, presentation visuals, exterior renderings, and presentation support tailored to your project.

The more information you can provide, the smoother the process. Typically this includes floor plans (PDF, DWG are the best, but we can work with hand sketches as well), elevations if avaliable, dimensions, finish selection links, inspiration images or existing photos, and any models you've already created (not needed as this is what we create). If you're unsure, we can review everything together prior to getting started.

Every project begins with a review of your drawings and design intent. I'll build or refine the 3D model, send draft visuals for review +or hop on an included 2-hour meeting to review details. We will then incorporate your feedback before creating the final presentation package. The goal is to make the process collaborative while keeping your design vision at the forefront.

Each project includes two rounds of revisions to fine-tune details once final delivery has been made. Additional revisions or major design changes can be accommodated at an hourly rate if needed. (This is outside of the feedback revisions that will take place after the initial 2-hour collaboration meeting included).

Most projects are completed within 2-3 weeks, depending on project size and current scheduling. If you're working toward a presentation deadline, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Absolutely. The final visuals are yours to use for client presentations, social media, websites, and marketing materials. We don't include our logo in the final deliverables. We simply ask for credit where appropriate when sharing collaborative projects.

Most designers choose to remain the primary point of contact while we work behind the scenes. We prefer to work this way, however, if you'd like us to attend a presentation or explain visuals during a meeting, we are happy to discuss.
