Service Description
Our most popular options are our 3-hour blocks to create an impactful client experience for only a little more than 2 hours at the hourly rate.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Bundles include 5 or 10 90-minute sessions in The Presentation Room. Each session includes access to the room and all standard presentation equipment, including: • VR headset • Wall-mounted TV • Conference table & chairs • Whiteboard • Booking & Usage: Sessions can be booked based on availability using our online booking system. We encourage early booking to ensure your preferred times are secured. • Expiration Date: All 5-Pack sessions must be used by December 31, 2025. After this date, any unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable. • Extension Clause: While the 5-Pack officially expires at the end of 2025, if The Presentation Room continues operations into 2026 and beyond, we may allow a grace period in January for unused sessions to be honored. This is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the business.
